As a social media coordinator at Mercy Haven, a nonprofit organization providing housing and supportive services for people experiencing homelessness and other vulnerable populations, I handled everything from daily platform management across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to staying organized in Hootsuite.
I loved getting out there to attend events and teaming up with both staff and residents to create fun, energetic TikToks that showed off our community spirit. I also collaborated closely with the team to put together our summer newsletter, blending digital strategy with traditional storytelling.
